2Account Registration and Security
Each User is permitted to hold one account on tg44. Accounts are personal, non-transferable and must be registered in your own name. tg44 is not responsible for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Password Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. tg44 will never contact you to request your password by email, SMS or phone. Account Verification (KYC)

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
tg44 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are subject to the specific limits displayed in the tg44 cashier at the time of withdrawal.
- All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. tg44 does not accept payments from third-party accounts. Deposits made from accounts belonging to someone other than the registered User will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to payment provider compatibility. Processing times vary by method: bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days.

This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation for large transactions. tg44 takes its anti-money laundering obligations seriously and cooperates fully with any lawful request from relevant authorities.
4Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
tg44 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and other incentives. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this clause. In the event of a conflict between offer-specific terms and these general conditions, the offer-specific terms prevail.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement for a bonus specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified in the offer) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirements communicated with the specific offer. Unused free spins expire at the time stated in the offer terms; expired free spins cannot be reinstated.
5Betting Rules and Game Play

In-play bets on events that are abandoned mid-play will typically be settled according to the score or result at the point of abandonment, subject to the specific market rules.
6Responsible Gaming

- Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits through the account settings. Once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
- Time-out and self-exclusion: Users may request a temporary time-out (24 hours to 30 days) or a longer self-exclusion period (6 months to 5 years) at any time. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and no deposits, bets or withdrawals will be permitted. 7Prohibited Activities

- Money laundering or any attempt to use tg44 as a vehicle for processing proceeds of criminal activity. tg44 has a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities in compliance with applicable law.
tg44 uses a combination of automated monitoring, manual review and third-party fraud detection services to identify prohibited activity. Players who are found to have engaged in any prohibited activity waive all rights to any funds held in their tg44 account at the time of discovery.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tg44 shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other financial or economic loss. tg44's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
